An Aeldari Spirit Stone, also known as a Waystone, Dreamstone and Tears of Isha is a small, seemingly precious gem carried in a variety of different aesthetically-pleasing settings on a Craftworld Aeldari's chest, used to save their souls from destruction by Slaanesh. Spirit Stones are stones that add a bonus. Can be inserted into armor or weapons, depending on the number of slots the item has, and only one stone of each type per item. To insert the stone into the item, the item must have a open. If the item has a broken stone it has to be cleaned before adding the stone.

Spirit Stone was an Advanced Tier item that was introduced in the v1.0.0.152 patch and removed in the v4.20 patch.
